This account is for girl child whose age is below 10 years. Maximum two account can be opened in the name of two girl children. There can be three account in case of twin girl.
Minimum deposit amount is 250 per year with initial deposit of 1000 at the time of opening the account.
You have deposit the amount till 15 years and the maturity period will be 21 years. With certain conditions, premature withdrawal is allowed.
Birth certificate and KYC of Gaurdian is required. You can open this account at any Bank and Post office.
